CARGO trailers from the series PCA From LORRIES is an innovative solution that has been patented due to its unique system of folding/unfolding the container body. After folding the container body, the trailer has the height of a standard side trailer, which allows for increasing the number of trailers transported to 12 pieces on one semi-trailer.
Container construction: The container body of the trailer was made of modules consisting of 24 mm sandwich panels, which are a combination of XSP panels and glass fiber reinforced laminate covers. The body prepared in this way perfectly protects the load from weather conditions.
Aluminum construction: Despite its lightweight design, the trailer is exceptionally durable and corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for both intensive use on long routes and occasional use. Additionally, almost all metal elements are made of aluminum and the frame and drawbar of the trailer have been designed using a specially selected profile.
Capacity: The container trailer has a load capacity of almost 2 tons. This is half a ton more compared to its steel counterparts. The body allows for the transport of loads 3 m long, 185 cm high and 170 cm wide.
LED lighting: It provides excellent visibility in all conditions, and its water resistance guarantees reliability in difficult weather conditions. The trailer has front and rear LED marker lights. The rear position lights have been installed in dedicated covers made of plastic.
Anti-slip plywood 15 mm: It is a solid trailer floor, ensuring stability of transported loads and minimizing the risk of the load shifting during transport. The floor has 6 solid handles installed to secure the transported load.
